Please call our office at 405-847-9907 the day BEFORE the scheduled collection day to get on the shipped-semen list.

Cancellations not received by 9 a.m. on shipping days will result in the owner being charge FULL SHIPPING FEES.

 

BREEDING SEASON CHECK LIST
• All contracts MUST be turned in and PAID IN FULL for before semen will be released
• Credit card MUST be on file before requesting semen
• If credit card gets declined and isn’t taken care of before Fedex arrives, shipment will not be sent
• Call and get on the shipped semen list the day before
• Confirm OR cancel by 8 AM CST day of collection with our oLice
o If you do not cancel we will be charging your CC for the full shipment
• Please be ready with mares registered name, shipping address and owners name when calling to request
• Our collection days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday from February 3 to June 30
• Deep horn doses are a possibility on popular stallions with full books – please plan accordingly with your
vet, we do call and let the person who requests semen know this prior to shipment
• If the stallion is not available for cooled semen, frozen semen may be available
• Red River Equine LLC shall not be responsible for costs arising from shipments lost, damaged, or delayed
in transit, or condition of cooled or frozen shipped semen upon delivery
o We have no control of the shipment after it leaves our custody.

Important Information:
On Sundays, leave a voicemail to get on Monday’s collection list, our office is closed Sunday but consider your
voicemail as you being on the list. You MUST call our office, any other phone numbers will not get you on our
collection list.
